Customer wanted custom composite deck with lights on steps as well as post caps. Used solar light post caps and controlled lights on steps with light switch. Worked with customer to design deck layout, multiple sets of stairs for ease of access from different areas including walkout basement. Used gray and brown trex to design pattern for decking. Also built foundation and decking for sunroom, did sunroom interior walls framing, drywall, painting, roof, gutters, vinyl plank flooring and trim. Sunroom itself was by pre-made by Elements Sunrooms and constructed by Trademark Construction.
