New Kitchen, Flooring, & Lighting Remodel - AMAZING Transformation!!

Completely gutted, redesigned and remodeled kitchen.  Kitchen renovation included removing a wall to allow for a larger kitchen area. Provided recessed lighting, under cabinet lighting, light fixtures, and engineered wood flooring.  Also installed custom porcelain tile backsplash around entire room.  We are thankful our customer is so excited and pleased with the work done!

Custom Design Composite Deck, Solar Post Caps, Stair lights

Customer wanted custom composite deck with lights on steps as well as post caps. Used solar light post caps and controlled lights on steps with light switch.  Worked with customer to design deck layout, multiple sets of stairs for ease of access from different areas including walkout basement. Used gray and brown trex to design pattern for decking. Also built foundation and decking for sunroom, did sunroom interior walls framing, drywall, painting, roof, gutters, vinyl plank flooring and trim. Sunroom itself was by pre-made by Elements Sunrooms and constructed by Trademark Construction.

Finished Basement -Stacked Stone above Wet Bar & Home Theater

Finished complete basement in new home - over 1650 sq feet, 9' ceiling height, including 2 bedrooms, full bath, custom tile work, wetbar with sink & mini fridge, stacked stone, custom closet shelving, recessed lighting, wall sconces, theater room construction (Gramophone hooked up & provided equipment). Did all framing, drywall, and painting as well.

Man Cave - Bonus Room Addition

Man Cave/Bonus Room was built above a 2 car garage with a dormer on front and back. Has separate exterior entrance via composite (Trex) steps and 4x4 landing, plus entrance into main part of house. Includes full bathroom with custom tiled shower & porcelain tile flooring. Main area fully carpeted, recessed lighting, wall sconces, ceiling fan and hanging lights. Included separate HVAC unit for climate control.

Siding & Window Replacement - Baltimore, MD

Our company replaced all siding and windows in this home including all sheathing.  Customer was extremely excited with the results!!  See before and after pictures.
